The Becker County Planning Commission shall conduct a public hearing on May 27th, 2026, at 6:00 P.M. in the Jury Assembly Room, Third Floor, Becker County Courthouse. The purpose of the hearing is to consider various revisions to the Becker County Zoning Ordinance. Public testimony will be received by email, in writing, or by participating in the public hearing. Written comments will be accepted until 12:00 PM on May 27th, 2026. Public Notice (PDF).

Effective August 1, 2025, a Land Revision Worksheet is now required to accompany the recording of a survey. Please complete the top section of this worksheet prior to obtaining the necessary information completed by Zoning staff and Auditor-Treasurer staff.
